At last! NetEnt has finally released its final roadmap for the latter quarter of 2017, otherwise known simply as the NetEnt's Q4 Roadmap. We've already had yet another amazing first half of the year from the famed video slot developers and it looks like they're not stopping their quality output any time soon. And for those who are unclear, the Q4 roadmap covers the period October, November and December 2017.
With three slots spread out over this season, we'll have a new NetEnt slot to look forward too almost to the end of the year. Sadly, there are no details yet of a Christmas slot, though we are certain there is one in the works. Maybe they're being coy just to keep up the mystery. Either way, there's a quite a variety of them, too. Let's take a look at what we can expect.
Blood Suckers 2 – Released 12th October
So, let's start with Blood Suckers 2 — NetEnt's vampire fest due for release just before Halloween. This is the second installment to one of their most famous slots ever and has often been deemed as one of the top slots with the best RTP (which works out to be a massive 98%).
The RTP this time around, however, is not quite as impressive, being at a more average 96.64%. Still, we reckon it's going to be one of the biggest slots of the year — rather difficult to imagine, since so many incredible slots have come out this year already.
Some of the slots features include extra spins, deposit bonuses, potential tournaments and lots more rewards, which will be sure to keep you occupied all the way up to Halloween. You can be sure to find it at NetEnt casinos everywhere, accompanied with a lot of promotions and tournaments to market it.
Planet Of The Apes – Released 23rd October
Based on the fantastic cinematic reboot trilogy of the same name, Planet of the Apes will be released eleven days later and it is sure to be a spectacular affair. Even NetEnt CEO, Per Eriksson said that this one will make Planet of the Apes seem fresh and new. If you've seen the new films, you can imagine what this new slot is going to be like. It's going to be a branded game with all the memorabilia of the franchise attached to it.
And it's the entirety of the Apes films, not just this summer's blockbuster War for the Planet of the Apes. One guaranteed feature is that it's made with mobile users in mind and will be easily playable on all devices including Apple iPad/iPhones and Android smartphones. Now we're just eagerly anticipating the teaser trailer.
Finn and Swirly Spin– 23rd November
One month after that and we'll see the release of Finn and Swirly Spin, which we must admit makes us a little confused. While the previous two are pretty easy to understand, Finn and Swirly Spin involves a rather convoluted theme that leaves us shrugging. In fact, we're not even sure what the theme is yet; all we know by the title that it involves a character called Finn.
Yet, even the title is a bit weird. Nevertheless, we're sure this one is going to be as much of a riot as the other two as it marks the end of the Q4 roadmap. Because of this, we're also unsure exactly what special features will go with the slot. Going on statistical averages, however, we estimate there will be some plenty of sticky wilds, re-spins and bonus rounds!
